STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. THU HONG NGUYEN, Appellant.

Ellen H. Flottman, Columbia for appellant. Julia E. Rives, Jefferson City for respondent.

Ellen H. Flottman, Columbia for appellant.

Julia E. Rives, Jefferson City for respondent.

Before Division Three: Lisa White Hardwick, Presiding Judge, Alok Ahuja and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judges

ORDER

Per Curiam

Thu Hong Nguyen appeals her conviction following bench trial for two counts of arson in the second degree, Section 569.040, two counts of felony murder in the second degree, Section 565.021, and two counts of assault in the second degree, Section 565.060. She raises three points on appeal. First, Nguyen claims the State failed to establish the 2013 fire resulted from her agency. Second, she claims the circuit court erred in allowing a forensic auditor’s testimony. Third, she claims the circuit court erred in sustaining the State of Missouri’s objection to defense counsel arguments. Because a published opinion would have no jurisprudential purpose, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
