Denied.

MARCUS, J., concurs in the denial of McGee's application but would not have remanded to see if the report contained information which would reveal "ongoing" undercover or intelligence operations. La.R.S. 44:3 A(4)(c) provides only that "[n]othing herein shall be construed to require the disclosure of information which would reveal undercover or intelligence operations."
