ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Marcus A. Mays appeals the judgment, following a jury trial, finding him guilty as a prior and persistent offender of murder in the first degree, endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree, and seven counts of abuse or neglect of a child. We find no error has occurred.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 30.25(b).
