The defendant's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 186 Conn. App. 1, 198 A.3d 669, is granted, limited to the following issue:"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the defendant was not entitled to an instruction on the infraction of simple trespass as a lesser included offense of criminal trespass in the first degree?"
