The defendant's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 205 Conn. App. 586, 258 A.3d 770 (2021), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly uphold the trial court's restriction of defense counsel's cross-examination of the complainant about matters relevant to the complainant's motive to fabricate his allegations?"
