The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 157 Conn.App. 720, 118 A.3d 84 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the trial court improperly denied the defendant's pretrial motion to dismiss?”

EVELEIGH, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
