STATE of New Jersey, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Oscar R. JURACAN-JURACAN, Defendant-Movant.


ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that further proceedings on appeal shall be conducted in accordance with the following expedited, peremptory schedule:

• Defendant shall serve and file a supplemental appellant's brief on or before April 10, 2023, and the State shall serve and file a supplemental respondent's brief on or before May 1, 2023.

• Should any entity wish to appear as amicus curiae, such entity shall serve and file its motion for leave to appear, and its proposed amicus curiae brief, on or before May 1, 2023. The parties may serve and file answers to any motions for leave to appear, together with responses to the proposed amicus curiae brief on the merits, on or before May 8, 2023.

• No further submissions shall be accepted without leave of Court.

• The parties, and any amicus curiae entities who are granted leave to participate, shall appear for oral argument at a date and time to be scheduled by the Clerk of the Court.
