The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 140 Conn.App. 455, 59 A.3d 320, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the trial court's decision requiring the jury to view, during its deliberations, certain video evidence in open court complied with Practice Book § 42–23?”

EVELEIGH, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
