The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 137 Conn.App. 733, 49 A.3d 1046, is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant implicitly waived her instructional claims as to nonexclusive possession and constructive possession*569even though she had filed a request to charge for the instructions?

“2. If the answer to the first question is in the negative, was the error harmless?”
