The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 73 Conn. App. 150 (AC 20849), is granted, limited to the following issues:

"1. Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the defendant did not waive a claim of privilege with respect to information relating to the magnitude of his heroin habit contained in his prison record?

"2. Did the Appellate Court properly reverse the defendant's conviction absent any harmless error analysis and, if harmless error analysis is appropriate, was any error harmless?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16871. Timothy J. Sugrue, senior assistant state's attorney, and Leon F. Dalbec, Jr., senior assistant state's attorney, in support of the petition.
