The State of Florida, Appellant, v. Jeff Jean-Guilles, Appellee.

Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, and Nicholas A. Merlin, Assistant Attorney General, for appellant. Rasco Klock Perez Nieto, and Hilton Napoleon, II, and Joseph P. Klock, Jr., for appellee.

Not final until disposition of timely filed motion for rehearing.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, William Thomas, Judge.

Rasco Klock Perez Nieto, and Hilton Napoleon, II, and Joseph P. Klock, Jr., for appellee. Before SHEPHERD, C.J., and WELLS and LOGUE, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm. See Cotto v. State, 89 So. 3d 1025, 1029 (Fla. 3d DCA 2012) (holding that appellate courts defer to the circuit court's factual findings that are supported by competent, substantial evidence in reviewing an ineffective assistance of counsel claim).
