Supreme Court of Louisiana
Sep 7, 1977
349 So. 2d 335 (La. 1977)

Opinion

No. 60584.

September 7, 1977.

In re: Eugene Jack Hunyady applying for writs of review.

Writ denied. Relator is not entitled to the relief sought.

DIXON, J., dissents from the denial and is of the opinion the applicant should be released without bond because of the clear violation of C.Cr.P. 230.1.

DENNIS and CALOGERO, JJ., are of the opinion the State should be ordered to show cause why the relief prayed for should not be granted.
