WRIT DENIED. Relator's pleading does not satisfy the criteria to prove he is entitled to relief under La. Code Crim. P. art. 926.2 or that defense counsel rendered ineffective assistance. See La. Code Crim. P. art. 930.2. Therefore, the district court did not abuse its discretion by denying the application for postconviction relief.
