STATE OF LOUISIANA v. RICHARD A. FOX


In Re: Richard A. Fox, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 506842. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Insofar as relator claims that his attorney misinformed him regarding his eligibility for diminution of his sentences, the writ application is denied on the showing made. Relator failed to include the Boykin and sentencing transcript, the bill of information, and any other documentation that might support this claim. The remaining claims in the writ application are denied. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application with this Court, the application shall be filed on or before March 26, 2015. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, and a copy of this ruling.
