Affirmed on authority of State v. Florida Development Commission, Fla., 84 So.2d 707, which case involved the validation of issuance of certain Citrus Commission Bonds proposed to be issued by appellee, and in which case the opinion of this Court was filed on January 20, 1956, but is not yet reported.
