ORDER

¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Madsen and Justices Johnson, Fairhurst, Wiggins, and Gordon McCloud, considered at its January 3, 2017, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the Petition for Review is granted. The motion to use initials for the Petitioner's name in the title of the case and in public documents is passed to the merits. The motion to seal the appellate court record is denied. Any party may serve and file a supplemental brief within 30 days of the date of this order, see RAP 13.7(d). The supplemental briefs should also address the issue whether initials should be used for the Petitioner's name.
