STATE of Connecticut v. Jeffery COVINGTON

The defendant's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 184 Conn.App. 332, 194 A.3d 1224 (2018), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the state presented sufficient evidence upon which the jury could find the defendant guilty of carrying a pistol without a permit, in violation of General Statutes § 29-35?"
