We affirm the trial court's order discharging the defendant as he was denied a speedy trial, Rule 3.191, F.R.Cr.P.; State v. Wells, 326 So.2d 175 (Fla. 1976); State v. Wilson, 305 So.2d 232 (Fla.App.3rd 1974).

AFFIRMED.
