ORDER
¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener, considered at its June 4, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the Petitioner's "MOTION TO AMEND ISSUES FOR REVIEW IN RESPONSE TO STATE V. BLAKE" is granted. The petition for review is granted only on the issue regarding Supreme Court No. 96873-0 — State of Washington v. Shannon B. Blake. This case is remanded to the superior court for further consideration in light of the Blake case.
