In re: Travis Anthony Badeaux applying for remedial writs.


Writ granted as to sentence. The conviction was for a violation of R.S. 14:108(b). The sentence is set aside and case is remanded to 24th Judicial District Court for resentencing, the sentence not to exceed the one imposed in Parish Court. In all other respects, the application is denied. See City of Baton Rouge v. Norman, 290 So.2d 865 (La. 1974).
