Miscellaneous Dismissals.
The records of this court indicate that appellant has not filed a merit brief, due August 22, 2011, in compliance with the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court and therefore has failed to prosecute this cause with requisite diligence.
Upon consideration thereof, it is ordered by the court that this cause is dismissed
ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
An Amendment to Appendix VI of the Rules for the Government of the Bar approving Insurance Coverage Law as a field of law subject to specialization designation was adopted effective October 1, 2011.
The final version of the amendment will be published in the September 12, 2011 Ohio Official reports advance sheet.
