Opinion

No. 55334.

November 8, 1974.

IN RE: CARL JACKSON, APPLYING FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS AND CERTIORARI.

Writ denied. On the basis of the evidentiary hearing of July 19, 1974, we find no factual merit to the applicant's contention of an uninformed plea of guilty. The plea also waived the attack on composition of grand jury venire. Tollett v. Henderson, 411 U.S. 258, 93 S.Ct. 1602, 36 L.Ed.2d 235 (1973).
