This is a companion case to Butaud et al. v. City of Lake Charles, 338 So.2d 358, in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this date. For the reasons stated in our decision in that case, the judgment appealed therein is reversed and set aside. Judgment is now rendered in favor of defendant rejecting the demands of the plaintiff. All costs in the trial and appellate courts are assessed against plaintiff-appellee.

REVERSED AND RENDERED.
