Appeal, No. 322, Jan. T., 1970, from order of Superior Court, No. 661, Oct. T., 1969, affirming decision of Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, No. B-102427, in re claim of Sebastian J. Stanakenas. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 215 Pa. Super. 353.

Appeal by employer to Superior Court from decision of Unemployment Compensation Board of Review of Pennsylvania. Order entered affirming decision, opinion by WATKINS, J., MONTGOMERY and JACOBS, JJ., dissenting. Appeal by employer to Supreme Court allowed.
