The petitioner Jean St. Juste's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 155 Conn.App. 164, 109 A.3d 523 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Whether the Appellate Court properly determined that threatening in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a–62 categorically constitutes a crime of moral turpitude under 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(13)(C)(v) of the Immigration and Nationality Act?”

ESPINOSA, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
