The petition for writ of certiorari is denied on the merits. See Lopez v. Fla. Parole Comm'n , 943 So. 2d 199 (Fla. 1st DCA 2006) (denying petition for certiorari where commission exercised its discretion to reject hearing examiner's non-binding recommendation and revoked petitioner's conditional release supervision).
