Appeal, No. 57, Jan. T., 1975, from order of Commonwealth Court, No. 1161 C.D. 1974, in re nomination paper of Lewis Sparks for candidate for Office of Representative of the 197th District of the General Assembly Representing the Malcolm X Party. Order of Commonwealth Court vacated and record remanded.
Proceedings upon objections by elector to nomination paper of State Representative Candidate. Before BOWMAN, P. J. and CRUMLISH, JR., J.
Order filed sustaining objections and setting aside nomination paper. Candidate appealed.
