ORDER

Before the court is Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corp.'s motion to intervene, bifurcate and stay. WCMIC seeks to declaratory judgment that it has no duty to defend the named defendants' lawsuit, because neither has coverage under the insurance policy issued by WCMIC to defendant Douglas County.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to intervene is GRANTED. However, pursuant to its regular practice, this court declines to bifurcate or stay further proceedings. At the November 16, 2005 telephonic preliminary pretrial conference the court will schedule out this case through trial, including briefing on WCMIC's complaint for declaratory judgment.
