Opinion

No. 91-3587.

March 18, 1992. Rehearing, Rehearing En Banc or Certification Denied April 24, 1992.

Appeal of order denying rule 3.800 motion from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Mark A. Speiser, Judge.

Lawrence K. Smith, pro se.

No appearance required for appellee.

Appellant challenges the trial court's order denying his rule 3.800(a) motion for correction of sentence. After review of the record and the initial brief, we conclude that appellant has failed to set forth a preliminary basis for reversal. Accordingly, we summarily affirm the order on review pursuant to rule 9.315(a), Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.

GLICKSTEIN, C.J., and DOWNEY and GUNTHER, JJ., concur.
