Smith v. State

Supreme Court of Florida
Apr 4, 2006
928 So. 2d 336 (Fla. 2006)

Opinion

Case No. SC05-1120.

April 4, 2006.

Lower Tribunal No. 4D03-3026.

The Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Wright v. State, 915 So. 2d 1198 (Fla. 2005) (table) (denying review of Wright v. State, 920 So. 2d 21 (Fla. 4th DCA 2005)). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).

WELLS, ANSTEAD, LEWIS, QUINCE and CANTERO, JJ., concur.
