This case was consolidated with Hicks v. Rucker Pharmacal Company, Inc., 367 So.2d 399 (La.App. 2d Cir. 1978).

Mr. Smith terminated his employment with defendant on August 18, 1972. For the reasons assigned in the above mentioned case, the judgment is amended to provide for interest to run from August 18, 1972 until paid. Otherwise, the judgment is affirmed at appellant's cost.
