Judgment unanimously modified on the law and facts by reducing the amount thereof to the sum of $11,285.26 with interest and, as modified, affirmed, without costs. Same memorandum as in companion case of Groves Sons Co. v. State of New York ( 24 A.D.2d 829) decided herewith.
