ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On March 25, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss this case. On April 13, 2022, respondent filed a Response to Motion to Dismiss, in which respondent states that he is no opposed to petitioner's motion to dismiss. In Jacobson v. Commissioner, 148 T.C. 68, 70 (2017), the Court held that a whistleblower case may be dismissed upon motion by the petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Dismiss is granted, and this case is dismissed.
