ORDER

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.

The Court having conferred by telephone with counsel for both sides concerning outstanding discovery and scheduling issues, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:

1. Plaintiff's deposition of Ria Bello shall take place in the Northern District of California on a date on or before July 15, 2002 to be agreed by counsel.

2. Plaintiff's deposition of Zachary Jolly shall take place on June 26, 2002.

3. Plaintiff's deposition of Lisa Mabel shall take place on July 3, 2002.

4. Save for the foregoing depositions, discovery shall conclude as previously scheduled.

5. The time for filing summary judgment motions, the joint pretrial order and any requests to charge is extended to and including July 29, 2002.
