ORDER

L. Paige Marvel, Judge.

These consolidated cases are calendared for a two-week special trial session of the Court scheduled to begin on July 17, 2023, in Los Angeles, California.

On May 18, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that due to the time attending to the legal, administrative, and logistical issues related to the deposition of Jamshid Sehati, the parties will require additional time to file a stipulation of facts in these cases.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which the parties shall file a stipulation of facts is extended from May 19, 2023, to June 2, 2023. If a stipulation of facts cannot be filed on or before June 2, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report informing the Court of the status of the stipulation of facts. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which the parties shall file any motion to compel stipulations pursuant to Rule 91(f) is extended from June 2, 2023, to June 9, 2023.
