MOTION DECISION
It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-respondent seeking the dismissal of the appeal is denied.
It is further Ordered that the cross-motion of the respondents-appellants is granted to the extent that the respondents-appellants shall perfect their appeal on or before the March 2022 term the filing deadline for which is January 11, 2022. Respondent's brief's are to be filed on or before February 2, 2022.
In the event the respondents-appellants fail to comply with the foregoing condition, petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
