Opinion

Case No. 1D03-3182.

Opinion filed January 29, 2004.

An appeal from a non-final order from the circuit court for Taylor County; William R. Slaughter, II, Judge.

Leonard E. Ireland, Jr., of Clayton-Johnston, P.A., Gainesville, Attorney for Appellant.

David A. Barrett of Barrett Associates, Tallahassee, Attorney for Appellee Linda C. Schwab.

As this Court has recently reversed the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage on the issue of security for the payment of alimony and attorney's fees, Schwab v. Schwab, No. 1D02-4871 (Fla. 1st DCA Dec. 29, 2003), this appeal of the post-judgment order granting the motion to compel such security is dismissed as moot.
