Respondent filed a Status Report on March 22, 2024, and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. Respondent anticipates that the proposed stipulated decision will be filed with the Court before the above-referenced trial session is scheduled to commence. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 15, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 17, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further
