This case was called for trial on April 17, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Cleveland, Ohio. The Court granted the parties' oral motion for continuance and retained jurisdiction at that time.
On October 31, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that Respondent needs additional time to review documents and prepare computations in this case. The parties requested an additional status report or decision documents be due on December 29, 2023.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
