Jerry Scarbrough, Appellant v. Ronnie Scarbrough, Appellee

FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF BELL COUNTY
NO. 31,303, HONORABLE JEANNIE PARKER, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Clerk of this Court filed Appellant Jerry Scarbrough's notice of appeal on January 30, 2017. On April 10, 2017, the Clerk of this Court sent notice to appellant that the clerk's record and reporter's records were due in this Court on March 23, 2017, and had not been timely filed. Notice was also received from the district clerk's office of Bell County that appellant had not paid or made arrangements for payment of the clerk's record. Appellant was requested to make arrangements for the record and to submit a status report regarding this appeal by April 20, 2017. The Clerk also notified appellant that the failure to do so would result in dismissal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3. To date, appellant has not filed a response to this Court's notice. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution.
