ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge

By Order served December 26, 2023, the Court granted respondent's Motion to Remand this matter to the IRS's Independent Office of Appeals for further administrative hearing. However, on January 3, 2024, the Court received "returned mail" that was addressed to petitioner. By way of an informal telephone call with petitioner on January 24, 2024, she advised the Court of her current mailing address. The Court's record shall be updated to reflect the current mailing address for petitioner and will resend the returned mail to petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's address in this case is updated to reflect the address provided to the Court by informal telephone call on January 24, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this order on petitioner at her new address of record, along with a copy of the Court's Order served December 26, 2023.
