After granting the commissioner of correction's motion to reconsider and modify the certified question, the petitioner Jorge Sanchez' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 138 Conn.App. 594, 53 A.3d 1031, is granted, limited to the following issue:
“Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that the habeas court did not abuse its discretion in denying the petition for certification for appeal insofar as the Appellate Court examined the petitioner's underlying claim of ineffective assistance of counsel and found the habeas court's factual finding not to be clearly erroneous?”
