PER CURIAM. For the reasons set forth in this Court's recent opinion in Ali v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 264 So.3d 1096, 2019 WL 637788 (Fla. 5th DCA Feb. 15, 2019), we affirm the final judgment below in all respects except for the award of attorney's fees. We reverse the portion of the final judgment awarding attorney's fees and, as in Ali, decline the appellee's invitation to remand for further proceedings.

AFFIRMED, in part, REVERSED, in part.

BERGER, LAMBERT and HARRIS, JJ., concur.
