DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Cathedral Court Associates, L.P., for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 12, 2011, which denied its motion for leave to appeal to this Court from three orders of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated June 18, 2007, August 11, 2010, and August 1, 2011, respectively. Cross motion by Leonard Saccheri, Jr., to impose a sanction upon Cathedral Court Associates, L.P., and for an award of an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
