Order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 7, 1966 and made on reargument, affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs. No opinion. Appeal from order of the same court dated June 15, 1966 dismissed, without costs. That order is not appealable, since it was superseded by the order dated December 7, 1966, which granted reargument ( Alpert v. Alpert, 20 A.D.2d 560; Milberg v. Lehrich, 2 A.D.2d 860). Beldock, P.J., Christ, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
