This suit involves admittedly identical issues with those which appear under Nos. 8514 and 8515 on the docket of this court, entitled, respectively, Harrold v. Flournoy, 88 So.2d 457 and Spot Commission Club, Inc., v. Flournoy, La.App., 88 So.2d 460, which have been this day decided.

For the reasons assigned in the opinion of the court in the case of Harrold v. Flournoy, No. 8514 on the docket of this court, 88 So.2d 457, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant's cost.
