Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss these appeals by withdrawing his notice of appeal. Appellant requests that we dismiss the appeals and return a mandate to the trial court. The motion is granted, and these appeals are dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.2(a). Mandate shall issue contemporaneously with the issuance of this opinion.
