For the reasons assigned in the matter entitled Cupp v. Federated Rural Electric Insurance Co., 459 So.2d 1337 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1984), this case is Reversed and Remanded, and the defendant-appellee is assessed with the cost of this appeal.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
