DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 3, 2021, April 22, 2021, May 14, 2021, and May 17, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated April 22, 2021, and May 17, 2021, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from orders that are not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
