Floyd RUPP, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

Floyd Rupp, pro se, Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Floyd Rupp, pro se, Appellant.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Per Curiam.

DISMISSED . See Jordan v. State, 549 So. 2d 805, 806 (Fla. 1st DCA 1989) (dismissing untimely appeal for lack of jurisdiction because access to a prison's law library is not "necessary to prepare and transmit a simple notice of appeal" and lack of that access did not demonstrate "a right to [a] belated appeal").

Roberts, Nordby, and Tanenbaum, JJ., concur.
